WAMS-AO invites all current 7th and 8th-grade girls to try out for a roster position on the WAMS Girls Lacrosse Team. The team plans to meet three days a week for a mix of practices and games and compete in the CJJSAA middle school league.
Please note: The season is contingent on securing a head coach.

Girls Lacrosse Schedule
**ALL GAMES are play at Mountain Park in Basking Ridge.
Important Information for Tryouts:
- Attendance on both tryout days is required.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes early to sign in and warm up.
- Athletes must wear neutral clothing with no identifying names or travel/club affiliations.
- Team selection is based solely on talent displayed at tryouts.
- Only current 7th and 8th graders are eligible.
- Parents and spectators are not permitted during tryouts.
- Athletes must bring their own equipment.
Required Forms
To participate, students must submit an Athletic Pre-Participation Physical and Health History Update:
- Forms must be submitted electronically via Genesis by the deadline.
- Visit the FORMS tab in Genesis to complete the WAMS Athletic Registration Form and upload your documents.
- Early submission is strongly recommended to allow for any corrections.
Season Information
- Practices and games will primarily take place on rented turf fields.
- Approximate participation cost: $325.
- No refunds will be issued
