About the Program

Join the WAMS-AO Wrestling Team! Our program welcomes athletes of all experience levels. Wrestlers will learn fundamentals, develop strength and discipline, and compete against local middle school programs.

Season Window: Late November – February

Forms must be submitted and approved before any participation (including practices or clinics). No late forms will be accepted.

Tryout: While we anticipate to not cut for wrestling the first 2 days of practice will be considered a tryout if our numbers are overwhelming.  
Equipment: Wrestling shoes, headgear, mouth guard (if braces), and water bottle.
